Shepslee is an apparel brand offering original designs through limited drops, ongoing collections, and collaborations. All products are made to order or produced in limited quantities unless otherwise stated.

2. Orders & Production

Made-to-Order Products

Many Shepslee products are made to order. Production times may vary depending on demand, drop volume, or product type.

Pre-Orders

Products released as “Pre-Orders” are available for a limited time only. Once the pre-order period ends, these items may not be restocked unless they are later added to a permanent collection.

All orders placed during the pre-order period will be produced. Production will begin after the pre-order window closesPlease allow additional processing time for pre-order items compared to standard orders.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after production has begun.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, but may extend during high-volume periods.

Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Shepslee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

General Policy

Due to the nature of made-to-order products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos of the item

We will replace or refund eligible items at our discretion.

5. Customer-Supplied Garments (If Applicable)

Shepslee may accept customer-supplied garments under specific circumstances.

By providing your own garments, you acknowledge:

  • You assume the risk of damage during the printing process
  • Shepslee is not responsible for misprints, dye migration, or defects inherent to the garment
  • Replacement of customer-supplied items is not guaranteed

6. Product Representation

We strive to accurately display product colors and designs. However:

  • Colors may vary due to screen settings
  • Slight variations in print placement or tone may occur

These variations are not considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, branding, and content on this site are the property of Shepslee.
